SBR1502 is a synthetic rubber made by copolymerizing butadiene and styrene. It has good processing performance, wear resistance, weather resistance, and oil resistance, and is widely used in the fields of tires, rubber products, seals, and so on. SBR1502, as an important grade of butadiene styrene rubber, has unique physical properties and a wide range of applications.

Main uses
  • Tyre
    SBR1502 is one of the main raw materials for manufacturing tires, which can improve the wear resistance, wet slip resistance, and reduce rolling resistance of tires. Especially widely used in heavy-duty truck tires and construction machinery tires.
  • Rubber products
    It can be used to manufacture various rubber products, such as seals, shock absorbers, rubber pipes, rubber belts, etc. These products need to have good elasticity, wear resistance, and oil resistance.
  • Shoe materials
    SBR1502 also has applications in the field of shoe materials, such as soles, insoles, etc. It can improve the wear resistance and elasticity of the sole, and increase wearing comfort.

    It can also be used to manufacture insulation layers for wires and cables, waterproof rolls, adhesives, etc.
Usage

(1) Mixing: Mix SBR1502 with an appropriate amount of vulcanizing agent, accelerator, anti-aging agent, reinforcing agent and other raw materials to prepare a mixed rubber. During this process, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and time to avoid affecting the rubber performance.


(2) Forming: According to product requirements, the mixed rubber is rolled, extruded, or injected into shape. SBR1502 is easy to process and can produce products with complex shapes and precise dimensions.


(3) Vulcanization: The formed product needs to undergo vulcanization treatment at a certain temperature and time to crosslink the rubber molecular chains, improve the physical properties and chemical stability of the product. The vulcanization conditions need to be determined based on the thickness of the product and the type of vulcanizing agent.


(4) Inspection and packaging: Conduct quality inspection on vulcanized products to ensure that they meet relevant standards and customer requirements. Then package and store, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments.
