Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) is one of the main products of Shanghai Haihai Zhonglong Technology Co., Ltd., terpolymerized from ethylene, propylene and a small amount of non-conjugated diene. It offers excellent ozone, weathering, heat and electrical insulation resistance, and is widely used in automotive weatherstrips, waterproofing membranes, wires & cables and door/window seals.
EPDM has a saturated main chain, delivering excellent ozone, UV and weathering resistance, a wide service temperature range and good dielectric properties. It is low-density, color-stable, and easy to fill and color.
EPDM is widely used in automotive door/window weatherstrips, waterproofing membranes, wire & cable sheathing, belts and building seals, especially for outdoor and high-temperature weathering environments.
